中药抗疲Ⅰ号对雄性训练Wistar大鼠急进高原并运动力竭后性激素和睾丸的防护观察

摘要 目的观察中药抗疲Ⅰ号对雄性训练Wistar大鼠急进高原并运动力竭后性激素和睾丸的防护作用。方法在海拔1520m环境设实验组(EG),使用中药抗疲Ⅰ号加入常规饲料中喂养,对照组(CG)常规饲料喂养,EG、CG各40只游泳训练4周后,各选35只3h急进海拔3850m环境静息1.5h,从中各选10只作为静息对照采集标本,EG、CG各25只游泳至力竭后,从中各选20只1h、24h采集标本,各剩余5只返回海拔1520m环境与非训练雌性种鼠交配,观察3~4月产仔情况。结果EG高原游泳时间显著长于CG,EG与CG相比,性激素水平差异均有显著性,EG睾丸组织学结构、生育能力等优于CG。结论进行竞技体育运行集训或强体力劳动,特别是改变运动集训环境或进入高海拔地区作业训练,需要注重加强劳动和训练防护。 Objective:To Observe training-caused procreation damage and the protection by way of training Wistar mice to make rush entry into plateau to observe their change of sex hormone level and testis convoluted tubule orchiotomy structure. Methods:At the altitude of 1520ms,one experimental group of 40 mice were fed with a mixed feed with Anti-Fatigue Ⅰ(抗疲Ⅰ号),while one control group of the same number were fed with the routine feed. After both groups were trained to swim for 4weeks,35 mice in each group were chosen to make rush entry into 3850 altitude within 3 hours,and at that altitude let them rest for one and half hours,then 10 from 35 mice in each group were chosen as rest group,and after 25 mice in each group were forced to swim until exhaustion,20 from 25 mice in each group were sampled one hour later and 24 bours later,last the remained 5 mice in each group were taken back to 1520 altitude to mate them with nontrained female mice so as to observe their 3~4 month litter. Results:At high altitude,mice in experimental group can swim longer than those in control group,and thdir sex hormone level shows significant difference,their testis structure and fecundity show much better effect than those in control group. Conclusion:Much more attention should be paid to the protective laboring and training when intensive traning or intensive laboring are performed or undertaken,especially in the sudden changed environment or at altitudes. This food intervention in training mice is a simple and easy way of such protection.
