改革开放和全球化背景下的中国外交展现的是一种大外交的前景,不仅包括传统的官方外交,更包括日益活跃的民间外交。外交外事工作人员是外交工作的执行者和权益的代言人,在外交外事人员中,外语人才占据了很大比例并发挥着关键性的作用。中国外交大战略背景下的外语人才的培养与现实需求还不适应,亟待进一步完善和改进。
