摘要
随着旅游业的进一步发展,抚仙湖旅游度假区在其管理实践中暴露出了一些明显的缺陷与不足,即忽视了利益相关者对旅游度假区管理问题的要求。因此,必须重视对利益相关者的管理,建立“共同治理”的模式,形成旅游度假区与利益相关者之间良好的双向互动机制,促进高效、全方位的管理工作,实现旅游度假区的可持续发展。
With the further development of tourism, deficiencies gradually become obvious in the management of Fuxian Lake Resort.Stakeholders' need of involvement in the management has been overlooked.It is necessary to create a common management mode where stakeholders' participation is well allowed for and a reciprocal mechanism between resort and Stakeholder is facilitated for an effective and sustainable development of the resort.
