摘要
目的探讨医源性胆道损伤的治疗措施。方法对29例医源性胆道损伤的临床资料进行分析。结果经胆管壁修补、胆管对端吻合或胆肠内引流,27例痊愈。结论胆囊切除术是医源性胆道损伤的主要原因,确认后当即行修补或胆肠吻合,置管支撑、引流。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic means of the iatrogenic bile duct injuries.Methods The clinical data of 29 patients with the iatrogenic bile duct injuries were reviewed retrospectively.Result All patients were underwent by repair of bile duct injures,bile duct anastomosis and Roux-en-Y limb jejunum.Twenty-seven patients were cured successfully.Conclusion The main cause of iatrogenic bile duct injuries was cholecystectomy,if the injuries are suspected,the common bile duct for exploration and repair of the bile duct or cholangioenterostomy should be performed.
