摘要
伴随着腹腔镜胆囊切除术的普遍开展,医源性胆管损伤的发生率越来越高。虽然传统手术仍然是治疗胆管损伤的首选方案,但是再次手术创伤大、风险高,并极易导致再次胆管损伤或胆管再狭窄。
The occurrence of iatrogenic biliary tract injury is increased rapidly due to the wide practice of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Although the traditional surgery is stil the first choice for treatment of bile duct injury,but again surgical trauma,high risk,and easily lead to bile duct injury or bile ducts restenosis occurred again.For the past few years,along with the development of endoscopic technique and interventional therapy,which make various therapeutic methods possible,treatment dif iculty is reduced greatly.
