摘要
语言与思维密切联系,语言是思维的物质外壳,思维是语言的灵魂,二者互为表征。英汉思维模式的差异给EFL学生写作带来难以克服的困难。本文结合思维模式的差异在语言不同层次上的表现,来分析中国学生遇到写作困难的主要原因,并从中得出启示,以帮助EFL学生提高写作能力。
Thought is the soul of language,and language is the material carrier of thought.Both are closely connected.The differences of English and Chinese thought patterns will cause the students a lot of trouble in EFL writing.In light of these differences reflected at the different levels of the two languages,this essay analyzes the main causes of Chinese EFL learners' writing difficulty so as to help them improve their English writing ability.
