乙酸正己酯在β-沸石上的催化合成 被引量:1

摘要 用硅铝比为25的β-沸石分子筛作催化剂,对乙酸和正己醇的酯化反应进行了研究,考查了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间等对乙酸正己酯的酯化产率的影响;并对沸石的表面酸量和酸强度进行了表征。结果表明,H-β沸石分子筛具有较好的催化性能,可循环使用,适宜的反应条件为:n(醇)∶n(酸)为1.0∶1.4,催化剂用量6g(1mol己醇),反应时间2.5h,醇的酯化率达96%以上。 Esterification reaction of acetic acid and hexanol was researched in this article,and the β-zeolite with Si/Al ratio of 25 was used as catalyst.We studied the influence of catalyst amount,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid and the reaction time on the esterification efficiency of n-hexyl acetate.The surface acidity and acidic strength of β-zeolite and the modified zeolite were also characterized,and as demonstrated in the results,the catalytic activity and selectivity of H-β-zeolite was excellent.Appropriate reaction condition was proposed:the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1∶1.4,catalyst consumption was 6 g per molar hexanol,reaction time was 2.5 h,and the esterification rate could achieve above 96%.
