改性蒙脱土催化合成乙酸辛酯 被引量:9

Catalytic Synthesis of n-Octyl Acetate Over Modified Montmorillonite

摘要 利用不同质量分数的硫酸酸化朝阳蒙脱土,采用铝交联剂对酸化蒙脱土进行交联,制备了4种交联酸化蒙脱土(Al-w-M)固体酸催化剂,对目的产物进行了XRD,BET分析。当硫酸的质量分数为10%时,交联酸化蒙脱土(Al-10%-M)的层间距和比表面积最大,分别为1.84 nm和214 m2/g。利用合成的不同交联酸化蒙脱土作催化剂,以辛醇和冰醋酸为原料直接酯化合成了乙酸辛酯,对酯化反应条件进行了优化。结果表明,当硫酸的质量分数为10%时,Al-10%-M的催化活性最高,适宜的反应条件为:n(醇)/n(酸)为1.0∶1.3,催化剂质量分数为1%,反应时间1.5 h,醇的酯化率达到96%以上。 The four kinds acid-treated montmorillonites (C-M) were prepared by using different mass fraction sulphate-acid-treated Chaoyang montmorillonite and the cross-linked acid-treated montmorillonite solid acid catalysts (Al-w-M) were synthesized with C-M and the aluminium cross-linked reagent. And the structure of Al-w-M was studied by means of XRD, BET, respectively. The specific surface area and lamellar space of Al-10%-M are the largest, being 214 m2/g, and 1.84 nm respectively when the mass fraction of sulphate is 10%. n-octyl acetate was prepared directly from n-octyl alcohol and acetic acid using Al-w-M as the catalysts and the reaction conditions were optimized. The result shows that the mass fraction of sulphate is 10%, Al-10%-M has a high catalytic activities. The optimum reaction conditions of n-octyl acetate are as follows: n (alcohol)/n (acid) is 1:1.3, mass fraction of Al-10%-M is 1%, and the reaction time is 1.5 h and the esterification rate is above 96%.
