方庄社区卫生服务中心积极探索新的服务模式,充实"片儿医"服务内涵,以慢性疾病规范化管理为切入点,居民需求为导向,以科研、教学带动和提升社区卫生服务水平,完善服务功能。开展健康教育、对口支援,推行收支两条线改革,使社区卫生服务更快更好地发展。
We have actively explored new modes of service delivery,enriched 'regional medical care'.Taking management of chronic diseases as starting point,and the residents′ demand as guidance,we raise the community health service levels and improve the service function through scientific research and teaching activities.We carry out health education,pairing-assistance and two-line management of income and expenditure so as to make the development of the community heath services fast.
