摘要
通过对甘肃省2008年研究生就业状况的调查,从性别角度分析了女研究生的就业问题,比较了男女研究生在求职意愿、求职过程、求职结果等几方面的差异,并分析了性别对其积极和消极影响,在此基础上提出相应建议。
Based on the survey which is on the graduate students' employment status of Gansu province 2008,the article analyzes the employment problem of female postgraduates from the perspective of gender.Comparing the differences between the male and female graduate students in the wishes of seeking employment,the process of seeking employment,the result of seeking employment,and analyzing the positive and negative effects which are from gender,the article draws the conclusion and puts forward some suggestions in this foundation.
