摘要
目的:研究大强度间歇训练对男子运动员400 m全速跑血乳酸的影响。方法:对9名400 m、800 m跑专项男子运动员实施6周90%运动强度的间歇训练,观察400 m全速跑前后各阶段的BLA值。结果:训练后400 m全速跑后即刻与第3、5 min血乳酸值显著高于训练前(P<0.01),跑后第20 min血乳酸值显着低于训练前(P<0.05)。结论:说明6周90%强度的间歇训练可以有效提高运动员400 m跑的乳酸供能能力,并有利于改善机体恢复期的乳酸清除能力。
Purpose: Study the effects of high intensity intermittence training on Bcood Lactate Acid(BLA) of male 400 m athletes at full speed running.Method: 9 male 400 ms and 800 m athletes accepted 6 weeks intermittence training with the 90% intensity,the BLA value were observed before and finished the 400 m full speed running.Result: The lactic acid value were notable higher than that before the intermittence training at the time immediateness,the 3 m and 5 min after finishing the 400 m full speed running(P<0....
