摘要
目的探讨TNF-α在UC小鼠发病中的作用以及益生菌治疗UC的可能作用机制。方法采用DSS诱导的小鼠急性UC模型,将60只BALB/c小鼠分为6组:空白对照组、DSS模型组、NS组、SASP组、乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌组,每组10只,造模第8天处死小鼠,结肠组织常规石蜡切片,HE染色,观察小鼠一般情况,计算小鼠组织学损伤评分和组织学病理改变,应用免疫组化技术检测小鼠结直肠黏膜TNF-α的表达。结果乳酸杆菌组、双歧杆菌组及SASP组小鼠一般情况好,组织学损伤评分低,且明显降低小鼠结直肠黏膜TNF-α的表达。结论乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌可能通过抑制结直肠黏膜TNF-α的表达而减轻小鼠结肠黏膜的损伤,达到治疗UC的目的,其疗效与SASP相当。
