摘要
目的 建立复方首乌降脂胶囊中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(TTG)的含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法,Diamomsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相为甲醇-6.8×10-3mol·L-1 pH 3磷酸盐缓冲液(36∶64);柱温35 ℃;流速1 mL·min-1;检测波长320 nm.结果 TTG在0.224～3.36 μg内呈良好的线性关系(n=6, r=1.000 0),加样回收率为98.24%,RSD为2.61%.结论 该方法灵敏、准确、简便,可用于该制剂的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To develop a method to determine 2,3,5,4'-tetrahyroxy-tilbene-2-O-β-D glucoside in Gold Theragran Capsules.METHODS HPLC conditions: A Diamomsil C18 column,a mixture of methanol-6.8×10-3mol·L-1 pH 3 phosphate buffer(36∶64) as mobile phase,column temperature 35 ℃,flow rate 1 mL·min-1 and UV detection wavelength at 320 nm.RESULTS The linear range of calibration curve was 0.224~3.36 μg(n=6) with the correlation coefficient of 1.000 0,the average recovery with RSD being(98.24±2.61)%.CONCLUSION The method is sensitive,accurate and speedy,therefore suitable for product's quality control
