摘要
探索了从何首乌中提取二苯乙烯苷的工艺流程。在比较不同提取方法的基础上 ,确定选用乙醇为提取溶剂。通过单因素和中心组合实验 ,对影响何首乌中二苯乙烯苷提取的因素进行了探讨和研究 ,运用响应面分析法确定了提取工艺的最优化条件 :料液比 (g∶mL)为 1∶9,提取时间为66min ,乙醇体积分数为 61 1 % ,提取次数为 2次。在此条件下 ,二苯乙烯苷的得率可达 6 3 9%。
T The technology of extracting the stilbene glucoside from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb was studied in this paper. Ethanol was chosen as the extracting solvent after comparison study. The factors affecting the extraction were explored and studied. The optimal parameters were obtained as following: 1∶9 for the ratio of solid to liquid, 66 min of extraction time, 61.1% ethanol for the solvent, 2 extraction times. The extraction quantity was 6.39%。
