摘要
研究了在微乳液中进行氧化还原反应制备超细银粉的方法 .用H2 O2 作还原剂 ,在碱性条件下采用不同乳化剂 ,可得到不同粒径的超细银粉 .经透射电镜、X -射线衍射和扫描电镜分析表明 ,在聚乙烯醇 (PVA)作乳化剂的乳液体系 ,得到银粉粒径为 6~ 15 μm ;而在聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚 (OP)作乳化剂的微乳液中 ,可得到 10~ 2
The preparation methods of ultrafine silver powder by reaction of oxidation-reduction in microemulsion were investigated. The ultrafine silver powders can be prepared with H 2O 2 as reducing agent. The size of silver powder was determined by TEM?WAXD and SEM.The results show that the diameter of silver powder is about 6~15 μm in emulsion with PVA as emulsifying agent and the ultrafine silver powders with 10~20 nm diameter can be gained in microemulsion with OP as emulsifying agent.
