摘要
为实现导电银浆中银粉含量的快速测定,并确保实验室对该产品测试分析结果的准确性,本文建立了一种硝酸直接消解法滴定测试导电银浆中银粉含量的方法,并分析了滴定法测定导电银浆中银粉含量的不确定度来源.结果表明,该导电银浆中银含量为(87.90±0.30)%(k=2).该方法具有操作简单快速、准确度高等特点,适用于导电银浆中银含量的快速测定.
In order to realize the rapid determination of silver powder in conductive silver paste and ensure the accuracy of laboratory test and analysis results of the related product,a method of titrating silver powder in conductive silver paste by direct digestion with nitric acid was established.The source of uncertainty in the determination of silver powder in conductive silver paste by titration was also analyzed.The results showed that the silver content of the conductive silver paste was(87.90±0.30)%(k=2).This method is simple,fast,accurate,and suitable for the rapid determination of silver powder in conductive silver paste.
