摘要
光电二极管的弱光光电特性 ,目前在一些特殊光电检测系统中得到广泛应用。该仪器可控制弱光光源 ,并对光电二级管弱光光电特性进行检测及数据处理 ,筛选满足在弱光下所使用的光电二极管。
The weak light photoelectricity characteristic of the photodiode is used widely in some special photoelectricity measuring systems at present.This instrument can control weak ligh source,measure the weak light signal,make data processing,and screen out the satisfied photodiodes used under the weak light.
