基于WSN协议的取水环境急性毒物监测研究 被引量:2

摘要 设计了用于饮用水取水口急性毒物监测的无线传感器网络系统.论述了青海弧菌Q67的发光机理并以其为基础构成生物传感器;弱光检测采用光敏元件.由于水温不同可能会给监测结果带来影响,因而采用DS18B20温度传感器监测温度.无线传感器网络的节点由无线收发模块CC2420和单片机Atmega128组成.无线传感器网络的通信协议选择ZigBee协议.对系统进行了取水环境的测试实验并对数据进行了分析探讨. A kind of wireless sensor networks to monitor acute toxicity in water supply was de- scribed based on the luminescent principle of V. Qing-haiensis Q67 and the biosensor constructed. The weak luminescence was measured by photoactive element. Because the variations of water temper- ature might affect the monitoring result, DS18B20 temperature sensor was used to detect tempera- ture. The node of wireless sensor network was consisted of CC2420 and Atmega128, and the commu- nication protocol of WSN was Zi^Bee.
