摘要
本文得到了紧致系统有转移不变集的另一个充要条件.当紧致系统较为复杂,在文中的充要备件难以验证的情况下,它能够深入细致地研究,并判定紧致系统有转移不变集.
This paper gets another Sufficient and neessary condition of compact sysytem which has shift invariang sets.
