在新课程改革的大背景下,教师必须是学生学习的组织者、促进者;是教育的研究者和反思者;是课程的开发者和建设者。与此同时,通过教师角色的转变促使教师专业的成长,“岗位练兵”是教师专业成长的基础;终身学习是教师专业成长的保障;“科研”是教师专业成长的关键。
In the new curriculum reform, teachers must be the organizer and facilitator of a class, the researcher and introspector of education, and the developer and builder of curriculums. And at the same time they must be actuated in the course of the change of roles to improve themselves.
