小儿扁桃体、腺样体切除术术后镇痛被引量：6

摘要目的探讨小儿扁桃体、腺样体切除术后的镇痛方法。方法选择接受扁桃体、腺样体切除术的患儿180例随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组,分别是术后不给予任何镇痛药物,仅给予安慰剂;术后使用曲马多镇痛;术后使用双氯酚酸钠栓镇痛,观察术后镇静、镇痛的效果以及不良反应。结果术后使用曲马多镇痛组和术后使用双氯酚酸钠栓组均有良好的镇静、镇痛效果,与使用安慰剂组相比,其差异在统计学上有显著意义。曲马多与双氯酚酸钠栓镇静、镇痛效果相似,双氯酚酸钠栓使用更为方便。结论静脉使用曲马多和双氯酚酸钠栓纳肛是小儿扁桃体、腺样体切除术后良好的镇痛方法。
