摘要
目的探讨贝那普利联合安体舒通对高血压致左心房重塑的影响。方法治疗组应用贝那普利联合安体舒通治疗,对照组应用非贝那普利联合安体舒通治疗,比较1年后患者的血压、左房内径、脑钠肽、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)及醛固酮(ALD)的变化。结果治疗后两组患者的左房内径、脑钠肽、AT-Ⅱ、ALD间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利与安体舒通对高血压致左心房重塑有明显改善作用。
