高职生应付方式和自我和谐与抑郁的关系研究 被引量:6

Relationship Among Coping Style, Self-consistency and Congruence, and Depression in Higher Vocational College Students

摘要 目的探讨高职生应付方式、自我和谐与抑郁的关系,以及应付方式、自我和谐对高职生抑郁的影响,为提高其心理健康水平寻求切实可行的角度。方法以应付方式问卷、自我和谐量表和抑郁自评量表对广东省某高等职业院校学生295人进行团体施测,采用SPSS10·0统计软件对施测结果进行多元方差分析和回归分析。结果①应付方式:大二学生在应付方式中的幻想、退避和合理化因子得分较大一学生高;大专生较五专生在解决问题因子得分高;②自我和谐:五年制外语专业大二学生自我与经验的不和谐因子得分最高,而三年制艺术专业大一学生自我与经验的不和谐因子得分最低;外语专业学生较艺术专业学生在自我的灵活性因子得分高;③抑郁:样本中大约59%的被试存在不同程度的抑郁表现,其中中度以上抑郁者占总人数的27%;回归分析表明,自我的灵活性、自我与经验的不和谐、自责和求助因子,能解释抑郁总方差的41·8%。结论预防和缓解高职生的抑郁情绪,切实维护高职生心理健康刻不容缓;心理健康工作者可以从不同年级、专业和学制高职生的特点出发,有针对性地对高职生进行心理干预。 Objective To explore the relationship among coping style, self-consistency and congruence, and depression in higher vocational college students, and the effect of coping style and self consistency and congruence on their depression. Find a feasible approach to improve their mental health level. Methods A total of 295 students from a higher vocational college in Guangdong were investigated by using Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ),Self-consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS), and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS). Multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA) and regression analysis were adopted to analyze data in SPSS10.0.Results Coping Style: Sophomores got higher scores than freshmen on pipe dreams factor, wince factor and rationalization factor of CSQ. Students of three-year system got higher scores than those of five-year system on trouble solving factor. ②Self-consistency and Congruence: On self-disharmony factor of SCCS, the sophomores of five-year system who major in Foreign Languages got the highest scores and the freshmen of three-year system who major in Art got the lowest. The students who major in Foreign Languages got higher scores than those who major in Art on self-flexibility factor of SCCS. ③ Depression: About 59% of the subjects were in depression status of different degree.27% of the total were above middling degree. Regression analysis indicated that the total variance of depression influenced by self-flexibility, self-disharmony, self-accusation and recourse was 41.8%. Conclusions It's no time to delay to prevent and alleviate higher vocational college students' depression and pressingly vindicate their mental health. Mental health workers may pay attention to higher vocational college students with pertinence from the characters of different grades, different specialties, and different educational systems.
