摘要
学生发展理论内涵深刻,对学生事务管理具有指导意义。在学生发展理论的指导下建立高等师范院校学务指导制度很有必要,应从转变观念、建立制度、人员选配和绩效评估四个方面建立完善的高等师范院校学务指导制度。
Students development theories with profound connotations has guiding significance for the student affairs administration.Under the guidance of student development theory,it is necessary to establish Academic advising guidance system of normal college sand universities,which will be established from four aspects: change concepts,establish systems,choose personnels,evaluate performances.
