教学反思,是教师专业发展的重要机制,是教师专业发展的有效途径之一。体育教师应该从自己的经历、学生的反馈、同事的评价和理论文献的解读中对自己的信念系统、知识系统和专业能力等方面进行认真审视,使自身的专业成长保持一种动态、开放、持续发展的状态。
Reflection of teaching is a key mechanism and effective way for teachers professional development.P.E teachers should examine their systems of knowledge and concept,specialized abilities through their own experiences,student feedback,colleague appraisals,and their decoding of theoretical literature,so that their professional development can be dynamic,open,and sustainable.
