摘要
非正规就业已成为我国就业的一种重要模式,文章在对非正规就业界定的基础上,利用现有的统计数据从行业结构、城乡结构、性别结构三个方面对非正规就业特征进行分析和评价,认为应从打破垄断、降低市场准入障碍、在全社会营造平等的就业环境、消除户籍制度限制等方面来大力发展我国非正规就业,从而缓解就业矛盾。
Irregular employment has become an important pattern of employment in our country.The paper begins with the definition of irregular employment,then proceeds with the statistics available to analyze and evaluate the properties of irregular employment from three perspectives,namely the industry structure,the structure of rural and urban area and,the sexual structure.The paper ends with the writer's viewpoints and suggestions:to develop our irregular employment so as to alleviate the tension of employment,to take various measures such as breaking down monopoly,decreasing barriers to market entrance,creating fair social employment surroundings and removing the census register system.
