摘要
抗战时期,国民政府在"抗战与建国"并行的方针下对甘肃农业经济进行了大力开发。此次开发在一定程度上改变了甘肃农业的生产结构,特别是种植业结构、生产关系结构和生产技术结构变化较大。同时,农业中高等教育机构及科研机构的建立,开启了甘肃农业近代化之门,使甘肃农业结构由传统向近代转变。但是,对非必需作物的限种以及鸦片禁种并未全面施行,在一定程度上对甘肃农业的全面发展产生了不利影响。
During the Sino-Japanese War time,the Gansu agricultural economy was developed by Nanjing national government.The development changed the Gansu agricultural production structure in the certain degree,especially planter structure,the productive relations structure and the production technology structural The senior education and scientific research that were founded have opened the gate of Gansu agriculture modern times,and causes the Transformation of Gansu agriculture structure from the tradition to the moderntimes But the policy of limiting the non-essential crops planting and the obiden opiumendures planting that was not carried on all province,China had the harm effect on health development of the Gansu agriculture.
