摘要
目的:考察抑郁倾向的箱庭作品特征,为使用箱庭疗法治疗抑郁症状的大学生提供评估和治疗线索。方法:采用实验组对照组设计,使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)筛选两组共60名大学生被试;实验组为12名男生、18名女生,SDS平均得分为60±3.76;对照组为14名男生、16名女生,SDS平均得分为36.38±5.78,对比分析两组大学生初始箱庭作品。结果:与对照组无抑郁大学生相比,实验组抑郁大学生的作品呈现出:1玩具使用的总数和类型均更少;2箱庭场景中的非现实场景多、生活场景少,创伤主题更多,混乱、限制、空乏主题较为常见;3更少动沙或沙画来代替玩具;4无自我像、替代性自我像的作品特征显著。结论:初始箱庭作品能在一定程度上反映出抑郁大学生的内心空乏、防御性强、自我不稳定、创伤体验明显等心理特点,为进一步评估和心理治疗提供线索。
Objective:To explore the characteristics of sandplay productions of undergraduates with depressive symptom,and provide evaluation and treatment information for sandplay therapy for depression.Methods:60 college students were screened using the SDS;the experimental group was composed of 12 males and 18 females with an average SDS score of 60±3.76;the control group was composed of 14 males,16 females,and the average SDS score is 36.38±5.78.All participants were asked to make initial sandplay and then the data were analyzed by qualitative research methods.Results:Compared with the control group,characteristics of sandplay productions of experimental group were:numbers and categories of sandplay miniatures were small,sandtray scene were more unrealistic scenes and there were fewer life scenes;themes were trauma themes,chaos,restriction,and emptiness were more common;seldom touching sand or using sand paintings to replace miniatures;no self-image and alternative self-image had significant characteristics.Conclusion:Initial sandplay productions can present that depressive undergraduates have inner emptiness,defensiveness,unstable images and more trauma experience.It provides significant information to evaluation and mental health therapy.
