摘要
本文对一种对旋式轴流风机,采用SIMPLE方法对其整机的正、反风性能进行预测,通过求解雷诺平均N-S方程,湍流模型采用标准的κ-ε模型,给出了分析采用的几何模型,通过CFD分析,预测出对旋式轴流风机的反风性能。通过对正风、反风预测性能的比较,结果表明:正风时的内流明显优于反风,主要内流细节差异是由于反风时流道收缩导致,反风时两级叶轮的负荷分配不均衡,后级叶轮负荷约为一级叶轮负荷的两倍多。对旋式轴流风机在反风运行状态下,流量、压力、功率各项参数的值均小于正风运行状态下的值,但其相对于普通轴流风机具有较大的反风量,反风量能达到正常风量的65%以上,可以满足对风机反风量的安全要求。
To research a kind of Contral-rotating Axial Fan,the flowage of the fan is simulated with SIMPLE method by resolve N-S equation under normal flow and inverting flow conditions,and standard k-εmodel is applied in the simulation.The performance and detail flow characteristics of the fan is investigated under normal flow and inverting flow conditions.The result shows that the parameters of flux,pressure and efficiency that under inverting flow conditions are all lower than in the normal flow conditions.Due to the flow passage contraction under inverting flow conditions,the influx conditions is worse comparing to normal flow conditions.The load of the second-stage runner under inverting flow conditions is nearly twice of the first-stage runner.The result also indicates that the flux rate under inverting flow conditions is nearly 65% of the flux rate under normal flow conditions. The flux rate of inverting flow of Contral-rotating Axial Fan is more than axial flow fan.The fan can satisfy the inverting flow demands.
