摘要
人力资源作为一种新的管理模式,已经越来越多地被接受,但在发展过程中存在相应的体制和机制上的问题,需要吸取传统文化在重人、选人、激励方面的合理因素,以此启发用人单位在人力资源的开发与创新中加以运用和借鉴。
As a new management model,human resource had been more and more accepted.But in the course of its development,there existed corresponding problems in system and mechanism which needed to draw on rational elements of traditional culture in valuing human,selecting human and encouraging human so that the employers were enlightened to make use and utilize in the exploitation and innovation of human resource.
