摘要
总结了37例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者进行斑块旋切减容术围术期的护理。主要护理措施包括术前心理护理、控制基础疾病、患肢护理,术后密切监护,预防出血、栓塞、肾功能不全、缺血-再灌注损伤、急性心肌梗死等相关并发症的发生,确保患者围术期安全.
The perioperative nursing of 37 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans underwent atherectomy volume reduction surgery was summarized.The main nursing measures include preoperative psychological care,control of underlying diseases,care of affected limbs,and close postoperative monitoring to prevent bleeding,embolism,renal insufficiency,ischemia-reperfusion injury,acute myocardial infarction and other related complications to ensure perioperative safety of patients.
