摘要
腔内治疗已经成为下肢闭塞性动脉硬化(ASO)患者血运重建的首选方案。虽然腔内治疗较传统开放手术并发症少,但发生术后不良事件的风险仍较高。抗血栓治疗是术后治疗的重要组成部分。目前术后抗血栓治疗没有统一的方案,抗血小板联合抗凝治疗是一种新的思路。本文就下肢ASO腔内治疗后抗血小板联合抗凝治疗的研究进展进行综述。
Endovascular therapy has become the preferred option for revascularization in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Although endovascular therapy has fewer complications than conventional open surgery,the risk of postoperative adverse events remained high.Antithrombotic therapy is an important component of postoperative therapy.At present,there is no uniform scheme for postoperative antithrombotic therapy,and antiplatelet combined anticoagulant therapy proposed a new idea.The advances in antiplatelet combined anticoagulant therapy after endovascular therapy for lower extremity ASO was reviewed in this paper.
