摘要
"标准化病人"在我国临床教学中的应用具有不可替代性的作用,但仍不免受到伦理挑战。本文从医学伦理和教学伦理两个视角为标准化病人教学应用的正当性提出伦理依据。为确保标准化病人的合法利益不受侵犯,应用标准化病人的临床教师必须遵循尊重原则、保护隐私原则和伦理监督原则。只有在合法合理的视域下,才能推进标准化病人应用的有序发展,为更多的医生、医学生和患者服务。
The application of"standardized patient"in clinical teaching of our country has the irreplaceable function,but it is still unavoidably challenged by ethics.From two aspects of medical ethics and teaching ethics,this paper puts forward the ethical basis for the justification of standardized patient application.And in order to ensure that the legitimate interests of standardized patients are not infringed,clinical teachers applying standardized patients must follow the principles of respect,protection of privacy and ethical supervision.Only in a legal and reasonable vision,can we promote the orderly development of standardized patients,and provide services for more doctors,medical students and patients.
