朋辈联合CBL导入情景模拟教学模式在胸心外科教学中的效果

The Effect of Introducing the Scenario Simulation Teaching Mode of Peer Joint CBL in the Teaching of Cardiothoracic Surgery

摘要 目的探讨朋辈联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)导入情景模拟教学模式在胸心外科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2024年6月德阳市人民医院心胸血管外科的60名实习生为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30名。对照组接受常规传统教学,观察组接受朋辈联合CBL导入情景模拟教学。对比两组教学效果。结果观察组理论知识、病例分析、操作技能考核成绩分别为(90.76±3.98)分、(90.11±4.15)分、(87.21±3.52)分,均高于对照组的(85.32±5.54)分、(86.94±4.13)分、(84.03±3.91)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.368,2.966,3.311;P均<0.05)。观察组批判性思维能力评分、教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论朋辈联合CBL导入情景模拟教学模式运用于胸心外科的教学中,可促进学生学习兴趣提升,增强批判性思维能力,有利于提升学生考核成绩和教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of introducing the scenario simulation teaching mode into the peer combined case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the teaching of thoracic and cardiac surgery.Methods Sixty interns in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of Deyang People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the con-trol group and the observation group,with thirty interns in each group.The control group received conventional tradi-tional teaching,while the observation group received peer combined with CBL introduction scenario simulation teach-ing.Compared the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,case analysis and operational skills assessment scores of the observation group were 90.76±3.98,90.11±4.15 and 87.21±3.52,respectively,which were higher than 85.32±5.54,86.94±4.13 and 84.03±3.91 of the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=4.368,2.966,3.311;all P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of peer combined with CBL import scenario simulation teaching mode in the teach-ing of cardiothoracic surgery can promote students'interest in learning,strengthen their critical thinking ability,and is conducive to improving students'assessment scores and teaching satisfaction.
