摘要
目前地方高校教学改革研究项目申报管理工作仍以传统的纸质文档管理为主.针对传统教改项目申报管理效率低和公平度不高等问题,设计开发基于WEB的教改项目申报管理系统,以提高管理效率和评审公平度.
At present,the application and management of teaching reform research projects in local colleges and universities is still dominated by the management of traditional paper documents.To solve the problems of low efficiency and low fairness of traditional teaching reform project application management,a web-based teaching reform project application management system was designed and developed to improve management efficiency and evaluation fairness.
