摘要
为确保选煤厂煤泥水处理系统工艺流程的科学性与合理性,文章全面分析了煤泥水处理相关原则,并通过与选煤厂实际情况相结合的方法,合理选择具体工艺流程,实现对传统工艺系统缺陷的有效弥补,达成节约能源的目的,并全面实现洗水闭路循环,进而从根本上保障选煤厂整体经济效益的获得.
In order to ensure the scientific and rational process of the slime water treatment system of the coal preparation plant,the article comprehensively analyzes the relevant principles of slime water treatment,and through the combination with the actual situation of the coal washing plant,rationally select the specific process flow to achieve the traditional process.The system defects are effectively compensated,the goal of saving energy is achieved,and the closed cycle of washing water is fully realized,thereby fundamentally ensuring the overall economic benefits of the coal washing plant.
