摘要
目的 大黄芒硝外敷对妇产科腹部手术后切口愈合障碍的疗效.方法 选取2017年03月~2019年03月妇产科收治的腹部手术患者500例作为研究对象,按照患者接受的治疗方案将其分为两组,各250例.结果 治疗组治疗效果比对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 妇产科患者在进行腹部手术治疗期间接受常规抗生素、大黄芒硝进行治疗,效果较好.
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of rhubarb glauber's nitrate external application on wound healing after abdominal surgery in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 500 cases of abdominal surgery patients admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected.Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of routine antibiotics and rhubarb glauber's salt is better in gynecology and obstetrics patients.
