摘要
Kalirin-7属于Kalirin家族中结构最特殊的分子,它在神经可塑性中的重要作用使其成为抑郁症发病机制研究的热点.近年来也有一些学者对其在神经病理性疼痛的发生、发展中所起的作用进行了探索.目前,神经病理性疼痛和抑郁症共病的发生机制尚不明确,本文对Kalirin-7在神经病理性疼痛和抑郁症中的作用机制做简要综述,为进一步研究神经病理性疼痛和抑郁症共病问题提供新思路.
Kalirin-7,a member of the kalirin family,with the most unique structure and its important role in neuroplasticity makes it a hotspot in the study of pathogenesis of depression.In recent years,scholars have been exploring its role in the development of neuropathic pain.Although the mechanism of comorbidity of neuropathic pain and depression remains unclear,this paper briefly reviewed the mechanism of kalirin-7 in neuropathic pain and depression to provide a new idea for further study of the comorbidity of neuropathic pain and depression.
