册山隧道穿越软岩地层快速施工技术研究

Research on Rapid Construction Technology of Ceshan Tunnel Passing Through Soft Rock Stratum

摘要 以石黔高速公路册山隧道为依托,通过开挖方法数值模拟对比分析,合理运用软岩地层钻爆设计、钢拱架节段优化、接长套拱等技术措施,成功解决了软岩地层大断面隧道施工技术难题,确保了施工节点工期,为今后类似隧道工程施工提供了借鉴. Based on Ceshan Tunnel in Shi-Qian Highway, the paper carried out the numerical simulation analysis of excavation method, and reasonably used some technologies of drilling and blasting design in soft rock strata, optimizing steel arch stage, extending set-arch, which successfully solved the soft rock strata technical problems during the construction of large cross section tunnel, the node construction time limit for a project was ensured. It could provide reference for similar tunnel engineering.
