摘要
镇安抽水蓄能电站工程1#泄洪排沙洞出口地形险要,施工难度大,加之工期紧张,合理解决隧洞开挖和锚喷支护的关系,是工程施工的难点之一。1#泄洪排沙洞进口受Y3下库永久库岸道路上下交叉施工和放水塔施工影响,为确保2019年9月底通水条件的节点工期,1#泄洪排沙洞开挖支护掘进主要通过9#,10#施工支洞上下游工作面施工。根据工程特点提出:对于二、三类围岩,采取两炮一支护的方式进行施工,即开挖爆破两个循环后进行一次支护施工;对于四类围岩,采取一炮一支护,即锚喷支护紧跟爆破开挖施工。两种方法可以有效保证隧洞开挖的时间,对保证工程工期具有十分重要的作用。
The exit of the 1^#flood discharge and drainage tunnel of Zhen'an Pumped Storage Power Station Project is risk,difficult to construct,and the construction period is tight.It is one of the difficulties in engineering construction to reasonably solve the relationship between tunnel excavation and bolting support.The entrance of the 1^#flood discharge and drainage hole is affected by the construction of the upper and lower cross-section of the Y3 reservoir and the construction of the water release tower.In order to ensure the construction period of the water supply conditions at the end of September 2019,the excavation support of the 1^#flood discharge and drainage hole is mainly passed through 9^#,10^#construction of the upper and lower working faces of the construction branch hole.According to the characteristics of the project:for the second and third types of surrounding rock,the construction of two guns and one guard is adopted,that is,the support construction is carried out after two cycles of excavation and blasting;for the four types of surrounding rock,one shot is taken That is,the anchor spray support is followed by the blasting excavation construction.The two methods can effectively guarantee the tunnel excavation time and play an important role in ensuring the construction period.
