摘要
目的:分析外科手术的护理中干预护理的临床疗效效果。方法选择本医院2012年1月~2013年6月所实施外科手术的60例患者,整理出采用常规护理的患者80例,做为对照组,观察组80例,观察组患者除了对患者进行常规护理外,还对手术前后实行相应的心理护理干预。结果观察组术后患者的康复情况,采用干预护理的患者的康复情况要比常规护理的效果高出10%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科手术后患者在接受相应的心里护理干预后,患者的康复情况要比没有接受干预的患者的好,对患者的康复具有积极作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical results of the ef icacy of surgical interventions in nursing care.Methods of the hospital in January 2012~implemented surgery June 2013 60 patients,80 cases of sorting out the use of routine patient care,as in the control group,80 cases in the observation group,the observation group were in addition to routine patient care,but also the implementation of appropriate intervention on psychological care before and after surgery.The Results observed postoperative recovery from patients,patient care using the intervention than usual care rehabilitation case the ef ect of higher than 10%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion surgical patients receiving appropriate nursing interventions heart,the patient's recovery than patients who did not receive the intervention is good,for the rehabilitation of patients with a positive role,worthy of promotion.
