摘要
目的:探讨穴位敷贴治疗慢性咳喘的方法和机制。方法通过检索近年来的有关文献资料,进行归纳和分析。结果穴位敷贴治疗咳喘有固定穴位、固定药物;辨证取穴、辩证用药等;多于夏季三九天敷贴。穴位敷贴治疗咳喘能够调整机体免疫功能;改善肺功能;改善临床症状和体征;提高生活质量。穴位敷贴治疗咳喘是一种优质的治疗方法。结论穴位敷贴治疗慢性咳喘的机理研究方面有待进一步加强。
Objective to investigate the treatment of chronic cough by Acupoint Application methods and mechanisms.Method:the literature on chronic cough by Acupoint Application have been reviewed.Results:Acupoint Application has fixed point、fixed drugs、dialectical acupoints and dialectical therapy etc.;Acupoint Application has usual y been in the dog days of summer.Acupoint Application cough can adjust the immune function and improve lung function and improve clinical symptoms and signs and improve quality of life.Acupoint Application is an excellent method of cough treatment.Conclusion:The results suggested that the research on the mechanism of chronic cough by Acupoint Application needs to be further strengthened.
