摘要
本文报告了2012年1月~2013年12月我院输液室共92例,其中发热反应39例;一般过敏性反应28例;过敏性休克2例;静脉炎22例;循环负荷过重(肺水肿)1例。通过采取一系列正确的针对性医疗及护理干预措施,所有病例均获改善,取得了满意效果。
This paper reports a total of 92 cases of patients with transfusion reaction between January,2012 and December,2013 in transfusion room in our hospital,including 39 cases of fever reaction;28 cases of general al ergicreaction;2 cases of al ergic shock;22 cases of phlebitis;1 case of circulatory overload(pulmonary edema).By taking a series of correct for medical and nursing intervention measures,al the cases were improved,and satisfactory performances were achieved in the final.
