摘要
目的探讨侧向球帽附着体在KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损修复中的应用效果。方法对KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损成年患者进行侧向球帽附着体钢托义齿修复30件,观察附着体义齿的固位稳定性、美观性,舒适性,发音功能,咀嚼能力,基牙牙周状况,基托与牙槽嵴的贴合情况,基牙松动度。结果经过3~24个月随访,侧向球帽附着体钢托义齿固位稳定性好、能进行有效的咀嚼、美观、舒适。基牙牙周状况好,基托与牙槽嵴的贴合情况好,基牙无松动。结论侧向球帽附着体是一种较理想的牙列缺损修复的固位体。
Objective To investigate the lateral cap attachment at Kennedy II dentition defect in the application results.Methods Kennedy II dentition defect in adult patients with lateral cap at achment dentures steel prop 30,to observe the stability of at achment-retained dentures,aesthetics,comfort,pronunciation function,the ability to chew,abutments Zhou conditions underpinning fit with the alveolar ridge,the base tooth mobility.Results After 3~24 months of follow-up,good lateral steel prop cap at achment denture retention stability,can effectively chew,beautiful and comfortable.Abutment periodontal condition is good,underpinning the alveolar ridge fit the situation is good,no loose abutment cap.Conclusion Lateral at achment is an ideal dentition defect retainers.
