精密附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析精密附着体义齿对游离端牙列缺损的修复效果。方法:选取牙列缺损病人38例,随机分成2组,每组19例,对照组为卡环固位型可摘义齿修复;观察组为精密附着体义齿修复。12个月后复诊观察并比较2组病人的临床检查情况及病人满意度。结果:观察组病人咀嚼效果及食物嵌塞优良率比较均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组义齿满意率为94.74%,对照组满意率为68.42%,观察组满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:精密附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损,临床效果好,病人满意度高。 Objective:To analyze the prosthese effect of the precision attachment denture in the free end defects cases. Methods:Thirty-eight patients with molar missing were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The patients who used the precision attachment denture were selected as observation group.While the patients choosed the clasp attachment denture were in the control group.After 12 months,the clinical situations and satisfaction of the patients were compared. Results:The excellent and good rates of masticatory efficiency and food impaction in the observation group were higher than in the group( P <0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group was 94.74%,and which of the control group was 68.42%.The satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that in control group( P <0.05). Conclusions:The precision attachment dentures in the molar missing cases has high satisfaction and good clinical effect.
