摘要
目的:观察安肠汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将106例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组患者采用美沙拉秦缓解颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予安肠汤治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、治疗前后肠道菌落数及中医证候积分。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),肠球菌、肠杆菌水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前2组患者大便泄泻、腹胀腹痛、纳差、倦怠乏力积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者大便泄泻、腹胀腹痛、纳差、倦怠乏力积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安肠汤能有效改善溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道微环境,改善临床症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effect of Anchang Tang(Tang,a TCM formula)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Randomly divided 106 UC patients treated in author’s hospital into control group(53 cases,orally administered mesalazine delayed-release gramules)and observation group(53 cases,based on control group,added with Tang);then,compared effect,the numbers of bowel colonies,and the accumulated points of TCM syndrome.Results Before treatment in the levels of lactobacillus,bifidobacterium,enterococcus,and enteric bacillus there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment the former two piece’s levels of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the latter two piece’s levels were lower than that of control group(P<0.05);Before treatment in the accumulated points of fecal diarrhea,burbulence and abdominal pain,indigestion and loss of appectite,as well as lassitude&fatigue there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment above points of observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).In total effective rate observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tang can effectively improve UC patients’intestinal microcirculation,and their clinical symptoms,and enhance curative efficacy.
