摘要
Runx2是骨发育过程中调节骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨细胞分化和成熟最关键的转录因子,它通过多条途径参与骨代谢的调控,可影响成骨细胞及破骨细胞活动从而控制骨形成与骨吸收,并与很多骨相关疾病的形成有很大关系,Runx2基因多态性的研究为疾病的早发现及治疗提供新的思路及治疗靶点。
Runx2 is the key transcription factor of regulating the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts dif erentiation and maturation during bone development.Through many pathways involved in the regulation of bone metabolism,Runx2 Can af ect osteoblasts,osteoclast activity and control bone resorption and formation,and have a great relationship with the formation of many bone-related diseases,Thus providing new ideas and therapeutic targets for the early detection and treatment of these diseases.
