摘要
唑来膦酸注射液是全新一代双磷酸药物,一种特异性地作用于骨的双磷酸化合物,能抑制因破骨活性增加而导致的骨吸收.它主要治疗骨质疏松患者,每年给药一次,但是副作用多,易出现不良反应,如发热、肌痛、流感样症状、关节痛、头痛,绝大多数出现于用药3d内.
Azole phosphonic acid injection is a new generation of double phosphate drugs,a specific effect on bone double phosphate compound,can inhibit by osteoclasts activity increased bone resorption.It is primarily in the treatment of osteoporosis patients,given once a year,but the side effects,more prone to adverse reactions such as fever,myalgia,flu-like symptoms,joint pain,headache,most occurred in 3 days.Is combined with the medical record,the nursing experience in application of the drug adverse reaction happened to report as follows.
