摘要
目的:探讨大型儿童医院门诊护理细节管理对医患关系的影响。方法本研究采用自制调查问卷对625例患儿或家属进行无记名调查。调查问卷主要涉及护理人员、患儿家属及医院三个方面,共11个问题。结果患者认同门诊护理细节影响医患关系排名前六的分别是护理人员的服务态度恶劣(97%)、基础护理技术操作技巧不熟练(94.9%)、缺乏沟通技巧(91.5%)、专业素养不高(81.9%)、缺乏人文关怀(75%)、心理素质较差(60%),患儿家属对相关儿科医学知识和法律知识了解不够,医院门诊部的就医环境较差等也是影响医患关系因素。结论加强门诊护理细节管理可以提高患儿家属满意度,改善医患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
