摘要
目的 探究对呼吸系统患者实施护理干预的临床效果.方法 临床纳入2013年6月~2015年8月在我科进行呼吸系统治疗的重症患者88例,按随机投掷法进行分组,对照组44例行一般护理,研究组44例在一般护理中增加护理干预,对比两组间心理状态.结果 护理后研究组心理状态相比对照组明显改善,<0.05.结论 对呼吸系统患者实施护理干预后,明显提高了心理健康程度,改善预后.
Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention in severe patients of respiratory medicine.Methods 88 severe patients treated from June 2013 to August 2015 in our respiratory medicine were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases each group.The control group adopted the general care;on the basis,the study group also adopted the nursing intervention.The mental state for two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the mental state for study group was signficantly better than that of control group(<0.05).Conclusion For respiratory medicine patients,the nursing intervention can greatly improve the patient's mental health and prognosis.
